However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your scroll must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (including the protective tubes/boxes).

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
