1. SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES

Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Custom & Personalized Orders: If you have requested a custom scripture text or specific sizing, please allow 5 to 7 business days for our craftsmen to print, mount, and cure your custom scroll before shipment.

Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped along with tracking details.
2. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout, backed by our Safe Checkout system.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

4. DAMAGES AND DELIVERY ISSUES

7. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please verify your shipping details carefully during checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs to have the package re-sent.
